Run the technical backend of the church. Manage livestreaming software, coordinate virtual camera angles, trigger visual and audio cues, and ensure a smooth, stable broadcast for all attendees joining the service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage livestreaming software during services
- Coordinate virtual camera angles for a professional, engaging broadcast
- Trigger visual and audio cues at the right moments during service
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to keep the broadcast smooth and stable
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all attendees joining remotely

- Comfortable with livestreaming and production software/tools
- Calm under pressure, able to troubleshoot on the fly
- Detail-oriented and reliable, especially during live services
