Serve as the welcoming committee and the very first point of contact for our congregation. Greet attendees warmly and enthusiastically as they enter the virtual sanctuary, making sure every single person feels seen, valued, and genuinely welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Be present in the sanctuary at least 30 minutes before service starts
- Greet members and visitors as they arrive, making a great first impression
- Help newcomers feel comfortable and oriented in the space
- Represent Vision Church with warmth, patience, and genuine care
Availability needed:
- Sundays, 30 minutes before both services: 9:30am and 4:30pm
- Services are at 10am and 5pm

- Reliable and consistent — this is a long-term commitment, not a one-time volunteer spot
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely welcoming
- Understands that as the first point of contact, this is one of the most important roles on the team
