Lead the musical direction of Sunday services across all three campuses, develop our band program, and pastor a team of volunteer musicians.

What you'll do

·Direct three Sunday services per week (live + online)
·Lead a team of 40+ volunteer musicians and vocalists
·Plan worship sets in collaboration with teaching pastors
·Develop new songwriting and original recorded music
·Manage the worship arts budget and tech rider

You probably have

✓5+ years leading worship
✓Strong band-leading instincts
✓Theological depth + pastoral heart

What you'll do

·Curriculum planning and weekly programming

✓3+ years kids ministry
✓Background-check + child safety certified

Pastoral Care Coordinator

The first call when someone in our church is in crisis — hospital visits, grief support, marriage referrals, and case-managing our Care Network.

What you'll do

·Field 30+ care requests per week
·Maintain a network of vetted counselors and clinicians
·Hospital and home visits as needed
·Facilitate grief and recovery group partnerships

You probably have

✓LCSW or equivalent pastoral care experience
✓Trauma-informed care training
✓Discretion and pastoral presence under pressure
